Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to executive-level staff, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, creating expense reports, and undertaking special projects assigned by executives. The Executive Assistant will also be responsible for maintaining confidentiality, strong attention to detail, and effective communication skills. This role is located in Shah Alam, Malaysia. Qualifications Excellent Executive Administrative Assistance skills with experience in supporting executive-level staff Experience in creating and managing expense reports Demonstrated ability to provide executive support with strong communication and organizational skills Effective Communication and Interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience working with upper management Administrative Assistance experience with fast-paced environments requiring independent decision-making capabilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize effectively under pressure Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with strong typing and data-entry skills
