Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Executive, Technical - Aftersales Technical Support & Warranty to support and enhance after-sales operations. This role is responsible for providing technical assistance to branches and dealers, ensuring timely resolution of product or service-related issues, coordinating spare parts supply, and improving overall after-sales performance. The ideal candidate will act as the key liaison between dealers, customers, and the principal's technical team to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain effective communication with branches, dealers, and principal (WTCA). Establish, manage, and implement after-sales SOPs and processes, including service administration, customer database maintenance, and operations management. Provide technical support to dealers and resolve technical issues in coordination with the principal's technical team. Manage and respond to customer complaints to ensure high customer satisfaction. Monitor, coordinate, and ensure sufficient spare parts supply to support service operations. Monitor and improve after-sales operations, technical support, parts, and service performance.

Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Automotive, preferably with mechanical or warranty background. At least 2 years of relevant working experience in after-sales operations (workshop, parts, warranty, or services). Strong knowledge of after-sales processes, technical support, and spare parts management. Strong self-learning skills and willingness to learn.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
