ACCOUNTABILITY
Responsible for managing supplier delivery and coordinate with cross functional Dept. to meet production attainment at appropriate inventory level. Carry out activities to drive supplier performance and managing suppliers' payment processes.
RESPONSIBILITY
- Carry out activities to drive supplier performance and managing suppliers' payment processes.
- Manages daily support of production needs such as expediting material, setting priorities, and addressing supply issues.
- Manage components for New Product Introductions and Phase Out of existing products. Involve in new model development
- Ensure smooth payment process flow and compliance to JCI 3 ways matching procedure.
- Involve in activities to ensure customer delivery on-time delivery, at right inventory level, keep Inventory DOH as per target.
- Manage forecasting information and escalation to suppliers to secure raw material supply especially long lead time parts.
- Responsible to track and monitor suppliers delivery performance and initiate improvement activities with Procurement.
- Alert Product & PP team in the event of a crisis, to define priorities with the Customer & internally, follow the status of materials availabilities.
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain or others related field. Diploma in any fields with 5 years experiences as Material Scheduler.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in managing similar function in the manufacturing company.
