Here\'s what an ordinary day looks like: Support the Group Commercial to develop in-depth analysis and recommendations that provide actionable insights - channel contribution, campaign efficiencies,, market outlook, consumer behavior / survey Actively track market trends and competitor actions - marketing, promotion, pricing Standardize analysis, reporting, business presentation and data source Develop and provide guidance/training and support to local and overseas teams - standardized reporting and automated reporting tools and knowledge transfer Develop standardized reporting tools (reports, dashboards, etc.) for all levels of management You got to have these to carry out the job : Solid Business Analyst skills, including experience in engaging with internal and external stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and process mapping. Solid experience in writing business proposals and great presentation skills to match. Demonstrate project management skills and experience. Campaign analysis (pre/ post reporting/ pocket of opportunities, efficiencies) Consumer insights/ survey (trends, market analysis, segmentation etc) Posses strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Attention to detail with a keen eye for creating and analyzing models. Ability to work independently. The job is ideal for you if you have: 1-5 years of relevant working experience. Background in one of the following areas (Aviation, Analytics, Marketing, Retail/Commercial Banking, Consulting). Demonstrate commercial / business acumen including understanding of market dynamics, data analytics and consumer behavior. Passionate about data-driven insights and able to recommend appropriate strategies. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional (internal) and with affiliates/partners in a fast-paced environment. Meticulous, analytical, passionate about data, and able to derive meaningful and actionable data insights Willingness to learn and a self-starter It is a plus if you have: Intermediate level (i.e. joins, etc.) SQL scripting skill Intermediate level (i.e. pivot tables, macro etc.) MS Excel skill Experience in working with Google products such as Gsuites, Data Studio, BigQuery is a plus Degree in Data Analytics, Accounting, Economics, Business, Marketing, Statistics We are all different - one talent to another - that is how we rely on our differences.
