Overview:

• To drive the MVNO business portfolio using data analytic.
• Someone who is highly analytical and is able to translate data to derive opportunities and trends that help the business
• Inquisitive and passionate about understanding customers, knowing their needs and expectations and working towards exceeding them.

Roles & Responsibilities: Data Analytics

• To develop and implement comprehensive reports and dashboards using data tools to support business strategies
• To analyze and discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities for the business.
• To prepare monthly data analysis which include:
• Performance highlights, customer behaviour analysis, movement reports for all Mobile Services products and services timely;
• Analyzing Valyou\xe2\x80\x99s existing products, pricing and incentives and identify opportunities for extracting more revenue.
• Study existing customer behaviour and develop a report on the profitability of customers and churn analysis.
• Streamline revenue forecast process where possible based on the current trend of performance and provide input and recommend process changes to enable efficient forecasting;
• Monitor and analyze weekly, monthly and quarterly Key Performance Indicators (\xe2\x80\x9cKPI\xe2\x80\x9d)\xe2\x80\x99s.
• Closely monitor all relevant KPIs against target set.
• Track the results of all campaigns to ascertain the ROI.
• To analyze Call\xe2\x80\x93Data-Records (CDR) for Mobile and any other related services and update the relevant teams on the performance;
• To analyze and verify monthly statements provided by Celcom.
• Verify all incentive and commission calculations for all Mobile Services products and services;
• Assist in preparation of audit requests and other projects as deemed necessary;
• Proficient in SQL (Preferably advanced level), Python

Requirements:

• Candidate should possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 5 years of IT experience, including a minimum of 2 years as a business analyst.
• For an executive business analyst position, at least 1 years of business analyst work experience is required
• Candidates with working experience in a bank or financial institution are highly desirable. Candidates with strong Business Analysis skills but are engaged in retail sales /telecommunication /services industries will also be considered
• Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fast learner, dynamic, self-motivated and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Committed sense of urgency, responsible and hardworking.
• An analytics mindset to identify and critically analyze business requirements.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both verbal and written).
• Willing to be based at Damansara Intan, PJ.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Benefits:
