OVERVIEW

• Responsible for the development and deployment of Business Intelligence (B) applications.
• Will combine advanced SQL report writing experience with expert analytic skills to leverage data capabilities to support business reporting needs.
• Manage and fulfil management's expectations & requirements to support business growth and objectives.
• Work effectively and efficiently with internal IT team and external party (e.g. vendors, consultant, suppliers) to ensure seamless support to management & users on IT matters which involves both software and hardware.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support day-to-day operations, by applying defined operational procedures, standards and own content knowledge to meet business, customer and technical requirements.
• Understands business requirements/processes and translate them into appropriate Bl solutions.
• Coordinate and develop related activities to smaller changes and enhancements.
• Conduct the Bl data modelling and development in global standard Bl tools.
• To be able to support the full lifecycle of solutions from development of new enhancements, testing, through daily operations to retirement.
• Support the test design and functional testing and ensure appropriate documentation.
• Coordinate and support patching and upgrades with business and IT team.
• To implement and monitor daily data loadings, using defined standards as well as resolve or escalate problems for resolution when appropriate.
• Maintain appropriate documentations of tasks, incidents and activities performed and provide analysis of data gathered in support activities.
• Any other tasks that assigned by your superior.

REQUIREMENTS
Education:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or its equivalent in related IT field.

Work Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field is required.

Technical and Professional Knowledge:

• Experience in designing and authoring reports/dashboards using Microsoft Bl stack (SSIS/SSRS/Power Bl) or other current reporting tools is required.
• Proficient in Excel SSAS or other analytics tools.
• Experience with data analytics and Bl concepts.
• Experience with Power Bl Desktop.
• Experience using T-SQL/ SQL.
• Data profiling and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong quantitative and analytic skills.
• Experience with systems development lifecycle, scrum, agile etc.
• Must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate technical ideas effectively.
• Experience with prioritizing, organizing, and performing multiple tasks simultaneously while adapting.
