Job Description


  • To make call to our client customers to either promote / offer loans / provide solution
  • To ensure that the information provided to customers are accurate and is compliance to the quality assurance requirements
  • To key-in relevant information of the customers and their agreements products/offers into the system accurately
  • To fulfill the daily, week and monthly KPIs
  • To attend inbound call
