AirAsia X is hiring dynamic, detailed and analytical Executive, CAMO Materials to be part of the best airline team in the sky! PURCHASING EXECUTIVE \xe2\x80\x93 REPAIR EXECUTIVE Main Responsibility Assist Material Manager to implement systems for managing spares that need for repairs, overhaul, exchange, test or any related to it and coordinate logistic arrangement to ensure efficient transportation as required
- Responsible to request for quotations, preparation of Purchase Requisition / Repair Order / Exchange Order / Exchange in Advance Order of all aircraft and commercial items required for Repair / overhaul / test of engineering aircraft materials.
- Liaise and follow up with all agencies for clearance of all incoming engineering aircraft items; sent / received to / from repair center.
- Liaise with vendors and other related agencies with regards to items sent for repair, overhaul, calibration and exchange.
- Ensure proper and up to date records of documentations, namely: Quotations received from vendors on each request for quotations sent. Evaluation of suppliers\xe2\x80\x99 quotes and suggested source of repair. Approved Purchase Requisition from Management. Approved Repair Order / Warranty / Exchange / Exchange in Advance from the Management.
- Review Strip Reports upon receipt of repaired item. Ensure Strip Reports are well shared with Technical Services Department for further review.
- Produce reports for management review and plan on improvement activities.
- Coordinate shipment of spares to approved vendor
- Responsible to ensure all order is close
- Ensure complete documentations filed for items shipped and retrieved. AAX Repair Executive to consult AAX Technical Service Department for any special inspection of investigation to be performed on wheel which has been removed for reason other than normal wear and tear. (eg: Deflation, thread thrown). The same requirement applies if a wheel is removed due to adjacent wheel which has badly under inflated.
- For Air France Repair Executive in charge, additional function as per below: Prepare for pick up or return of loan parts or exchange parts including documentation and to create a means of control and monitor in activities. ii. Monitor movements of Air France related materials and provide reports on Air France exchange reports for monitoring and reviews.
- Assist and ensure completion of any tasks assigned by Material Manager.
- Possess a recognized Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in any field or \xe2\x80\xa2 Diploma in any Administration / Engineering related field Minimum working experience:
- Degree: Fresh graduate in Administration / Engineering related field or
- Diploma: At least 2-3 years working experience in Engineering / Logistic / related field or Specific Function
