As an Executive, CAMO Technical Records at AirAsia X, your primary responsibility is to establish and maintain an efficient and effective system for technical records keeping, updating, and ensuring traceability of data. Your role is crucial in safeguarding the integrity and accessibility of aircraft and components maintenance records, thereby supporting the operational and strategic objectives of the airline.Specific Function:Maintain a system of technical records updating and records traceability.Maintain hard copies, soft copies, and archives for the safe storage of aircraft and components maintenance records.Establish a procedure whereby records of work performed for an Air Operator will have a full and concise record of all work carried out.Ensure the retention of records enabling the airline to maximize the value and utilization of its assets (airplanes, engines, components, appliances, etc.) by documenting proper parts installation and routine and non-routine maintenance actions.Maintain an effective system for the archiving of technical records.Maintain archives for the safe storage of aircraft maintenance records.Perform cross-checks in the relevant work area as determined by the superior.Monitor daily operation of the Technical Records and to ensure:On-time production of reports and statistics for aircraft, engines, and APU for user departments.Preparation of the LLP and modification status records for removal and installation of Engine, APU, and Landing gear.Management of the Engine, APU, and Landing gear shop visit report.Maintenance of aircraft maintenance forecasts in an orderly manner.Initiate the renewal/new application, and administration of aircraft for the entire aircraft fleet:Certificate of Airworthiness / Certificate of Airworthiness for ExportCertificate of RegistrationApparatus Assignment (Radio License)Carry out any duties assigned by the immediate superior.Education:Possess a recognized Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in any field orDiploma in any engineering-related field with a minimum of 3 years working experience, or SPM with a minimum of 5 years working experience in aircraft planning and records.Minimum Working Experience:At least 3-5 years of working experience in Technical Records and Planning with an airline or MRO.We are all different - one talent to another - that is how we rely on our differences.
