Job Description
:
: * Develop, implement specific HSE procedures, guidelines and risk assessment, plan and coordinate the implementation of HSE Plans for Facilities/Plant operations to meet HSE performance target and regulatory compliance.
- Initiate and coordinate all approved value-creation initiatives for facilities improvement to ensure effective utilization of producing CAPEX and OPEX, and the adoption of appropriate/new technology in field/terminal operations to enhance production performance and facilities uptime.
- Lead technical evaluation of all field purchased items to meet technical specification and operational requirements.
- Execute the review and analysis of downtime alert report to provide recommendations for improvement to reduce unplanned deferment and conduct optimization of planned/unplanned downtime or activities.
- Plan and coordinate the implementation of short, medium- and long-term business strategies that includes production, Integrated Operation (IO) and maintenance and plans, review field integrated operations/maintenance strategies to achieve and sustain operational excellence, asset optimization for maximum value returns.
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Mechanical /Chemical or any relevant disciplines Engineering/ Applied Sciences.
- Minimum 5 years of related working experience
