Job Description

• Overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations by monitoring the work of the sorting center, continuously driving improvements and optimize sorting center operations.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sorting center operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of package processing and delivery.
• Monitor and analyze sorting center data and performance metrics and implement improvements to optimize productivity, cost efficiency, and quality.
• Preparing and monitoring the daily / weekly / monthly performance report.
• Manage and train sorting center staff, including hiring, coaching, and evaluating performance, to ensure a high level of service quality and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, technology enhancements, and new initiatives that drive continuous improvement in sorting center operations.
• Arrange regular meeting to collect and addressing issues that need to be resolved by the regional and headquarters teams .
• Perform other duties as assigned by the department.

; Requirements: -

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Logistic, Supply Chain or related studies.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in courier service or logistic industry is required for this position.
• Required skill(s): Microsoft Office ( Excel and Powerpoint )
• Good interpersonal and good communication skills, able to work under fast-paced working environment, ability to perform under stress and deadline.
• Willing to travel across region, prefer candidates that possess own transport.
• Applicants must be willing to work in KL Eco City.
