Job Description
:
: * Execute change management strategies such as culture management, business process improvements, from diagnostics to implementation of interventions and monitoring of results.
- Identify critical areas for improvement and propose Change Improvement (CI) interventions to address Operational Excellence performance issues.
- Implement all value creation improvement opportunities using appropriate methodologies to effect overall process optimization/ simplification and organizational effectiveness.
- Coordinate and facilitate CI methodologies e.g. Culture management tools, Business Process Management (BPM), Design Thinking, Agile, etc. for delivering effective value improvement projects.
- Bachelor\'s Degree of relevant discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in oil and gas industry.
