Job Requirement Executive Chef is a department head level position in the Food & Beverage (F&B)division, who collectively makes key operational management decisions in the F&B division along with Director of Food and Beverage as the direct report to. The Executive Chef is in charge for the Resort all culinary operations and helps to manage several aspects such as; ability to lead our diverse culinary team, creating new culinary experiences, compliance to the food safety and hygiene standards, menu engineering, food cost control, recruitment, performance management, discipline, training and employees development. We are looking for an individual who creates strong connections with employees and guests for memorable experiences with Four Seasons. Knowledge and Skills: If you have a 4-5 years of working experience in a culinary managerial role at luxury hospitality environment as a department head, then you should apply for this opportunity. Some travel is required for trainings, conferences, and special events. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant prior work experience.
