JOB FUNCTIONS : 1. The ability to follow proper payroll and uniform procedures. 2. To have superior knowledge and be also executive efficiently the sequence of service for breakfast and dinner. 4. The ability to anticipate and service of guest\xe2\x80\x99s requirements before request are necessary 5. The ability to serve and clear food and beverage items in an unobtrusive and professional manner. 6. The ability to be familiar with the wine and beverage service including stemware used and appropriate garnishes. 7. To be well versed with all Food and Beverage offerings in the outlet and be also to confidently discussed other F&B areas with guest confidently. 8. The ability to provide quick and efficient service to all guest and up-keeping the FS Core and Culture Standards. 9. The ability to utilize a \xe2\x80\x9cCaptain\xe2\x80\x99s Pad\xe2\x80\x9d correctly and the sake of communication. 10. The ability to complete opening and closing side work as assigned and have all tables set according to standard. 11. The ability to present menus and explanations for all menu items as well as specials of the day. 12. The ability to present children\xe2\x80\x99s menus when appropriate, and describe specials. 13. The ability to utilize the hotel\xe2\x80\x99s computer system ringing up sales, printing checks, closing checks and completing readings. 14. The ability to carry trays, bus and reset table with linen, china, glass and silver. 15. The ability to change ashtray, serve cigarettes, crumb tables and offer after dinner drink and cigars. 16. The ability to ascertain a guest\xe2\x80\x99s satisfaction and handle any problem which may arise informing a manager of the problem and how it was resolve. 17. The ability to handle a guest walk out. 18. The ability to service all needs for any private dining room or private function. 19. The ability to report any accident immediately, no matter how minor to a manager. 20. The ability to recognize and address potential intoxicated disruptive or undesirable guests. 21. The ability to respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation 22. The ability to move tables and chairs. 23. The ability to breakdown any buffets, displays or side stations when needed. 24. The ability to clean service area when needed. 25. The ability to clean the terrace and the area surrounding it when needed. 26. The ability to perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and Staff.
