• Ensure the ultimate guest experience across all dining outlets and food service within the hotel and for external catering requirements.
• Maintain the highest standard of food quality and sanitation standards.
• Plans new menus and promotions to constantly provide quality choice of food in all dining outlets.
• Participate in annual budget process for food and labour costs, ensuring they align with the overall financial goals of the hotel.
• Drive high standards of food preparation in order to increase profitability of the hotel.
• Train and motivate the kitchen team to meet standards for food quality and portion sizes, ensuring they fulfill their job responsibilities
• Oversees kitchen team scheduling to ensure concurrence with business volume, to maximize productivity and profitability
• Analyse and study market trends and set targets accordingly and constantly monitor and evaluate local and international market trends, and the competitor hotels\' sales initiatives.

• Bachelor\'s Degree or Diploma in Culinary/Hotel Management/Hotel School/ Culinary Graduate.
• At least 2 years similar working experience in similar role in international hotel brand.
• Good knowledge and understanding in Food Safety Management System and HACCP.
• Proficiency in English, in both oral and written.
• Strong team spirit and communication skills.
• Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
