EXECUTIVE CHEF Requirements Diploma in Culinary art or any qualification related to F&B industry Minimum five (5) years working experience in F&B /Restaurant services Managing all aspects of the kitchen operations from cost control, supervision to training Ensuring food safety and quality meet the company standards and health code regulations Pleasant, self-motivated and have good communication skills Able to work under pressure and team player Fit and able to work long hours and during Public Holidays Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Good organization, time management and prioritization Knowledgeable on food safety hazards, hygiene quality, portion control. -
