Assist Corporate Finance Managers to assess and prepare funding proposal/project evaluation appraisal in line with the Group\'s strategy and business requirements.
Assist in evaluation and procure funding to meet the Group\'s requirement.
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS
Support the coordination and execution of corporate finance activities, ensuring they meet Group objectives.
Coordinate across business divisions to ensure timely reporting compliance for ongoing compliance work of Sukuk with Trustee, other statutory requirements and Banks Facilities documentation, loan covenants, interim review and financial guarantee monitoring.
Assist in conducting due diligence and evaluating corporate proposals to determine financial viability, risks, and potential returns.
Prepare financial models to support decision-making, incorporating scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and cash flow projections for various projects and transactions within the Group.
Partner with internal stakeholders such as finance, legal, company secretary, and business development teams to gather relevant information and recommend funding strategies for the Group\'s business plans, new investments, and airport expansion requirements.
Prepare comprehensive evaluation reports, presentations and board papers for management review and decision-making.
Communicate effectively with external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, advisors, and regulatory authorities, to facilitate transactions and negotiations.
Support on periodic projections and financial modelling simulation, scenario testing to assist in cash visibility, funding assessment and requirement of the Group and subsidiaries.
Maintain proper record on all Sukuk, credit facilities utilisation and availability across the Group.
Support the Corporate Finance Managers on continuous improvement to drive efficiency and effectiveness in reporting, analyse businesses results/trends and identify relevant performance measurement indicators for liquidity management and optimum capital structure.
Keeping abreast of new developments and trends on the airport development and business funding model, with an appreciation for creating value for the Group, and the ability to identify specific business problems that can be solved with analytics.
Constant maintenance and updating of SOP framework for the entire Corporate Finance department covering rating, funding strategies, loan monitoring and project evaluation.

Relevant IndustriesEXTERNAL
Degree holder with minimum CGPA 3.0 and minimum 1 year relevant experience in the areas of corporate finance, auditing, financial advisory, financial analysis, banking or financial accounting.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Education
Degree in Accounting / Finance/ Financial Engineering/Financial Modelling.
Certification or candidacy in the following Professional Qualification (ICAEW/ACCA/CPA/CFA) will be an added advantage.
