To support the team in corporate finance advisory activities.
To prepare pitch slides or pitch books for potential clients.
To conduct a valuation of a business and company in relation to the proposed corporate transaction.
To ensure work undertaken is of the highest quality and does not contravene any of the regulatory or legal requirements
To be proficient with all the relevant guidelines and regulatory requirements.
To ensure work is executed expeditiously and within the deadline.
Requirements
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree/professional qualification, preferably in Accounting, Finance or related discipline. MBA and certifications such as CPA, CFA or FMVA are a plus
1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in the corporate finance field. Those with experience in external auditing, fundraising, financial modelling or valuation will be preferred. Fresh graduates with good credentials will also be considered.
Good analytical skills with sound knowledge of the Capital Market/Investment Banking industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
Highly motivated, self-driven and fast learner with strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and deadline-driven environment
