Client Background:

Corporate Finance Advisory

Location: KL

Tenure: Permanent role

Salary: Basic Salary

:

\xc2\xb7 Managing internal corporate exercises including structuring, documentation and completion;

\xc2\xb7 Managing compliance monitoring relating to processes, workflows and regulatory requirements;

\xc2\xb7 Assist in implementation of digitalisation efforts for existing operational frameworks;

\xc2\xb7 Managing monthly management reporting relating to client management (exposure tracking and risk management);

\xc2\xb7 Prepare, review, and enhance company internal policies;

\xc2\xb7 Assist in managing corporate finance relates funders of the company and the group;

\xc2\xb7 Liaison with different departments to assist on the company\'s operations

\xc2\xb7 Liaison with external parties such as solicitors, consultants, regulatory bodies etc;

\xc2\xb7 Provide support to the various business unit of the group; and

\xc2\xb7 Any other ad-hoc assignments or tasks as may be assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Possess Bachelor\'s Degree Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economic and/ or relates professional qualifications.

\xc2\xb7 Awareness in financial services industry such as Factoring or Insurance business will be an added advantage

\xc2\xb7 At least 2 years work experience in the areas of corporate finance, treasury, PLC\'s.

\xc2\xb7 Capital Markets Services Representatives License (CMSRL) will have added advantage.

\xc2\xb7 Good command of spoken and write English and Bahasa Melayu.

\xc2\xb7 Possess strong communication and interpersonal skill.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and take initiative.
