POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

Responsible in conducting financial and performance analysis on Commercial business performance. Able to assists Management\'s decision making process by providing accurate and timely financial analysis and giving recommendation to enhance current business operation.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

• Assist area Manager to ensure commercial data consolidation, simplification, revision and analysis from all sources through automation or business process improvement.
• Responsible for timely preparation and submission monthly reports, reconciliation and details analysis.
• Develop detailed financial analysis which may include financial ratios and modeling.
• To review current performance and able to identify variances and provide suggestion to minimize gaps as and when required.
• Assist area Manager in preparation of the annual budget
• Connects and collabrates with internal and external parties to address specific business needs where required
• To provide overall intelligence insights in customer research inclusive of customers\' profiling, spending and behavior to travel retail positioning.
• Undertakes any other task and assignments as directed by the Management.

Key Challenges

• To analyze and interpret financial data into business information to assists decision making

Dimension

• Candidate must possess good understanding of financial systems and processes.
• Knowledge in SAP, SPSS and Financial Modelling would be an added advantage.
• Strong foundation in Microsoft Excel and Power point.
• Analytical, attentive to details, proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
• Able to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills with team-player mentality and attitude
• Possesses initiative, commitment, highly discipline, motivated with the ability to think independently
• Possesses good leadership, project management and creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia & English language
• Good interpersonal skills, pleasant and friendly

Relevant Industries

External

• Degree with CGPA

3.0 and minimum of 3 years relevant experience.

Education

External

• Recognised Degree preferably Accounting / Finance/ Business Management/Business Admin/Statistics/Economics or equivalent
