Job Responsibilities

Proactively identify, develop, and drive new business opportunities across assigned markets and customer segments. Promote, present, and sell the company's range of products and services to both new and existing clients. Conduct market research to uncover customer needs, monitor industry trends, and analyze competitors. Build and nurture long-term client relationships through consistent engagement and excellent customer service. Prepare and deliver customized proposals, quotations, and sales presentations that align with client requirements. Negotiate effectively and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets. Collaborate closely with internal teams -- including Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance -- to ensure seamless solution delivery. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client information, and sales pipeline. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to generate leads and strengthen brand visibility. Gather feedback from clients and market insights to support continuous improvement of products and services.

Job Requirements

Minimum of one (1) year experience in sales. Proven experience in B2B and/or B2C sales will be an added advantage. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team. Quick to learn and able to adapt to various products, services, and client needs. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Willing to travel and meet clients as required.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
