Job Description

We are looking for suitable candidate to join our Credit Control team under the Finance and Accounting Department, as follow: Job responsibilities: - Evaluate creditworthiness of potential customers - Create credit scoring models for risk assessments - Approve and reject credit limit based on available data - Review and update credit control policy - Monitor all payments and bad debts - Prepare monthly credit compliance reports, overdue AR report to Management - Educate and give guidance to the sales team and clients - Perform other duty and assignment as required by the superior from time to time. Our requirements: - Bachelor\'s Degree in Business or Commerce is mandatory - Possess 2 - 5 years working experience; candidate who has experience handling loans or credit management in a bank or financial institution is an added advantage - Great interpersonal skills - Excellent communication skills in negotiation and reconciliation - Strong oganisational and decision making skills - Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks - Outstanding problem-solving skills - Good time management Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
