Job Function 1) Credit Control \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist Finance to collect monthly sales from related tenants \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist on rental collection and prepare bi-weekly credit control report to finance \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist on improving bad debts include paperwork i.e memo and outstanding tabulation 2) Others \xe2\x80\xa2 To attend to any other assignment as and when required. \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend all necessary training, seminars, conventions and other sessions as deemed necessary for the duties assigned to the Credit Control Executive position. The Successful Applicant The candidate must possess the requirements below: \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Administration, Property Management or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate with retail background is an added value. \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in credit control management skills and experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Required Skill(s): 1. Strong organization and time management skills. 2. High energy and result driven. 3. Self-starter and able to work independently. 4. High motivated and committed with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. 5. Possess the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and to perform multi-task functions. 6.
