Job Description

The incumbent will report to the Senior Manager Credit Operations to perform overall aspects of Credit Operations\xe2\x80\x99 daily activities.The Executive in Credit Section shall monitor and ensure that the company has minimum credit risks and exposure.The main responsibilities of the Executive will include efficiently and effectively prioritizing, monitoring, executing and attending to daily tasks until its completion and to ensure the accuracy of each task being performed meet its expectations.Duties and Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring of the client\xe2\x80\x99s losses and to inform the relevant stakeholders like Customer Service and the Compliance & Risk Management on the outstanding losses for their further action.
• Monitor the force selling, client\xe2\x80\x99s exposure and contra losses. Ensure that there is no outstanding force selling.
• Perform manual share pick-up upon request from client and ensure that the trade settlement is performed by IT before the timeline.
• Prepare statistics on credit and stock exposure to the Senior Manager.
• Participate in the company projects and perform UAT testing whenever required to ensure system functionality meets business requirement.
• Perform cross functional tasks within Operations department whenever required.
• Provide on the job training to the new joiner(s) at the same level in respect of related job functions.
• To ensure compliance to internal and regulatory requirements on operations and credit standards.
• To perform any tasks assigned by superior as at when required.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in any discipline, preferably in Finance.
• Fresh graduate or 2 years working experience in stock broking and credit control environment.

• Detailed oriented and familiar with BURSA rules and SC guidelines
• Quick and ability to resolve operational issues when arises.
• Strong knowledge in Excel, Flowchart and PowerPoint is a must.
• A team player and able to communicate with people at all levels.
