Responsibilities: - Entry point of any customers with the company - Effectively handle all customers\xe2\x80\x99 requests through e-commerce platform - Work with Sales on unresolved or out-of-scope Request - Effectively maintain data accuracy - Digital handling of the service requests (processing or deflecting) - Good knowledge on Digital Tools - Promote company\'s E-Commerce and Mobile Apps to customers - Communicate with Off-shore team to handle back-end processing - Manage any shortlanded or shortshipped cargoes - Manage customers\' expectations when there are shipment delays - Coordinate with internal team to resolve customers\xe2\x80\x99 queries and requests Requirements: Previous experience in a customer support role, in the shipping or logistics industry. Proficient in written and spoken English and MS Office applications. Good phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening. Familiarity with fundamentals of shipping including bills of lading. Customer focus, adaptable and independent. Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively. Good Teamwork.
