SUMMARY

We are looking for an Executive, Customer Care. This role will be based out of our office in RedQ, Sepang. The role reports to the Senior Manager of Customer Care for Teleport.

You will fit perfectly if you enjoy a fast-paced working environment, are self-motivated, enjoy experimentation and have high levels of curiosity and passion. An organized and structured way of delivering your thoughts with great attention to detail will make you stand out in this application!

SALARY RANGE: RM 3,100 - RM 5,800

A DAY IN A LIFE

As a start-up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:

• Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally
• Communicate solutions and information to merchants and consumers effectively
• Route escalations to the appropriate channels
• Engage in training and development initiatives to improve technical and soft skills

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

• Will be required to work shift
• 5 days a week including weekends

• Shift Time:

• First Start Shift: 9am
• Last End Shift: 10pm
• Customer Service experience
• Logistics Background (Air and Road)
• E-commerce and start up experience will be an added advantage
• Experience with E-mail, Chat and Social Media
