The newly established entity, Mercedes-Benz Parts Logistics Asia Pacific, will be part of the global Mercedes-Benz Group After-Sales supply chain network, covering the regional distribution hub, regional Asia Pacific functions and the center of competence supply chain steering Asia Pacific. The future Regional Logistics Centre is currently under construction and will start operations in 2023. The future Regional Logistics Centre

(RLC) in Senai (Johor Bahru) will be a key facility in the global GSP Parts Logistics Network and will serve as a distribution site for spare parts to 24 countries in the Asia Pacific region. It will take care of the importation, the storage as well as the regional management of spare part and accessories distribution.

Your tasks & responsibilities:

Customer Relation Management

  • Establishing good customer support within the team and with markets
  • Support Customer\xe2\x80\x99s escalation and work with internal teams for a solution or recommendation
  • Support Customer\xe2\x80\x99s escalation and work with internal teams for a solution or recommendation
  • Contribute, participate and facilitate in CRM activities to efficiently produce or contribute through continuous improvement resolving inefficiencies in processes and cost optimisation for the organisation.
  • Organisation of Customer events and workshops to regularly exchange knowledge, skills and experiences
Customers Order processing
  • Manage customers\xe2\x80\x99 orders processing.
  • Manage manual order taking and processing when required.
  • Support TRP and special requirement orders processing by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
  • Support customer enquiries, special parts ordering and service charges.
  • Monitor customers order pattern and order type management.
  • Manage order cancellation and coordinates order cancellations with customers.
  • Support other stake stakeholders in order relevant customer queries.
  • Overseeing daily TPOP-D Orders / backorder processing from MBSG and MBMY customers.
  • CORS return coordinator for MBSG and MBMY
Job requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in Business, Logistics or any discipline with strong customer oriented background
  • Min 1-2 years related working experience in Automotive Parts business, strong background in Customer Relationship Management or Supply Chain or Logistics Experience
  • Experience in the Spare parts consulting and/or as a spare parts specialist
  • Strong command of English is required to communicate with regional countries in Asia Pacific and MB Global GSP colleagues
  • Customer Service Oriented Training
  • Microsoft Office Training
  • SAP Knowledge - CRM, ECC, SCM
  • Star Order Plus
  • Excellent computer skills especially in MS Office - Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Good knowledge of parts business
