Job Responsibilities:-
Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities across assigned markets and customer segments.
Present, promote, and sell the company's products and services to prospective and existing clients.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-up and excellent customer service.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations, finance) to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client information.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, or networking sessions to generate leads and build brand presence.
Provide feedback from clients and the market to support continuous product and service improvement.
Job Requirements:-
Minimum of one (1) year experience in sales.
Proven experience in B2B and/or B2C sales will be an added advantage.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
Quick to learn and able to adapt to various products, services, and client needs.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Willing to travel and meet clients as required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
