Job Description

We are looking for experienced Customer Service Executive who are well-versed with ocean freight forwarding industry. Ideally, the candidate must possess knowledge in export documentation & process.

• Overall in charge for the day-to-day operations for both systems and physical operation.
• To execute shipments and follow through in timely manner.
• Proactively update to clients for shipments status, responsiveness to clients\xe2\x80\x99 enquiries.
• Responsible to achieving Customer target/KPI and expectations.
• Attend and respond to all issues (via e-mails or written correspondences pertaining to warehouse operation and to ensure all queries from are attended to.
• To prepare and ensure all daily, weekly and monthly reports are submitted promptly and correctly.
• To support and tackle customers escalations in timely manner.
• Responsible for daily planning of the operations.
• To gather and check all required documentation and reports prepared by subordinates.
• To ensure that prompt feedback regarding any work-related problems/issues encountered.
• To ensure that any other work-related duties given is completed within the specified timeline.
• To ensure compliance to customers and others relevant authorities and operating instructions.
• To ensure two ways communication with management level.
• To manage, monitor and ensure proper filing for the job completed.
• To achieve a good result in internal & external audits
• To perform any other duties assigned by immediate superiors.

Requirements:

• Must possess Diploma/Bachelor\'s degree in Logistics and Business or any equivalent field of studies.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the Export Documentation role within the freight forwarding business.
• Candidate must have knowledge in ocean freight logistic operation process.
• Skills require: Detail-oriented, Time Management, Computer Literature, and proactive in problem solving.
