Job Description
- Work with the team to create a pleasant and happy environment for customers
- Manage both in-house and external customers inquiries
- Schedule bookings for postnatal services
- Share information about our confinement care packages and postnatal services with customers
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments effectively to provide customers an exceptional stay experience
