RM 8,000 - RM 10,000 per month

Working Hours:

24x7 rotational shifts with 2 days off per week

Role Summary



We are seeking a customer-focused

Customer Support Executive

proficient in

Japanese (monolingual or bilingual Japanese-English)

to support customers in Japan. The role involves handling customer inquiries through

phone calls and chat

, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional assistance while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities



Handle inbound customer inquiries from Japan via

phone and chat support

Provide accurate information and resolve service-related queries efficiently Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system Escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams when required Adhere to service quality standards, response time SLAs, and company policies

Required Skills & Qualifications



Proficiency in

Japanese

(JLPT N1/N2 preferred) Japanese monolingual or

Japanese-English bilingual

capability Strong verbal and written communication skills Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving ability Willingness to work

24/7 rotational shifts

Ability to work

onsite

at the Ara Damansara office
