24x7 rotational shifts with 2 days off per week


Role Summary




We are seeking a customer-focused

Customer Support Executive

proficient in

Japanese (monolingual or bilingual Japanese-English)

to support customers in Japan. The role involves handling customer inquiries through

phone calls and chat

, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional assistance while delivering an excellent customer experience.


Key Responsibilities




Handle inbound customer inquiries from Japan via

phone and chat support

Provide accurate information and resolve service-related queries efficiently Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system Escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams when required Adhere to service quality standards, response time SLAs, and company policies

Required Skills & Qualifications




Proficiency in

Japanese

(JLPT N1/N2 preferred) Japanese monolingual or

Japanese-English bilingual

Assembly Production Technicians

Key Responsibilities




Assemble electrical and mechanical components for medium-complexity modules as per specifications. Interpret and work from wiring diagrams, schematics, and engineering drawings. Troubleshoot, adjust, and repair assemblies to ensure optimal functionality. Perform electrical and mechanical testing to validate product performance and quality. Adhere to quality, safety, and production standards at all times. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product reliability.

Candidate Requirements




Certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in mechanical assembly or electrical wiring. Strong ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and technical drawings. Experience in electro-mechanical testing and inspection procedures. Detail-oriented team player with a proactive, results-driven mindset. Immediate availability will be an added advantage.
