Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer inquiries from Japan via
phone and chat support
Provide accurate information and resolve service-related queries efficiently
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication
Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system
Escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams when required
Adhere to service quality standards, response time SLAs, and company policies

Experience in electro-mechanical testing and inspection procedures.
