Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Contact assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts, and sign-up for collection services. \xe2\x80\xa2 Negotiate payment plans and deadlines \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle questions or complaints \xe2\x80\xa2 Investigate and resolve discrepancies \xe2\x80\xa2 Create trust relationships with debtors when possible to avoid future issues \xe2\x80\xa2 Update account status and database regularly Job Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum Diploma / Degree \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven experience in debt management \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of relevant legal requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Working knowledge of MS Excel \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication and people skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in negotiations and persuasion \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to be polite and compassionate without lacking confidence.
