Job Description
POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY
- Assist on technical aspects of projects including reviewing design, authorities liaison, construction monitoring and contract administration.
- Perform site assessment, data collection and user requirement capture on the proposed project scopes of work.
- Prepare Needs Statement, Technical Specifications and Drawings for Pre-Tender Documents compilation.
- Assist in reviewing design proposal by Consultant/Contractor.
- Assist in Tender Briefing / Site Visit and Tender Evaluation processess prior to approval.
- Undertake any other tasks and assignments as directed by Management.
- To ensure all projects meet the required deadline for the issuance of pre-tender documentations prior to calling of tender.
- To assist the Construction Management Unit to ensure the undertaken projects are completed within the pre-determined time, cost and quality; concurrent with the ongoing changes, requests and requirements.
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant working experience
- Degree in Mechanical & Electrical/ Building / Construction or equivalent
