If you are looking to excel and make a difference, take a closer look at us Key responsbilites Assisting in HLB Digital Branding (Segments / Products) * Support our segments (i.e. Retail, Business, Wealth) across the franchise in bringing If you are looking to excel and make a difference, take a closer look at us Key responsbilites Assisting in HLB Digital Branding (Segments / Products) Support our segments (i.e. Retail, Business, Wealth) across the franchise in bringing to life our propositions and offerings to customers in a powerful manner, across our digital platforms (Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Corporate Website) Conduct frequent desktop assessments and maintain an up to date view of our peers / competitors in the market, which will include: incumbent analysis (offerings, market positioning, priorities), Fintech analysis Drive & participate in customer research, quantitative and qualitative (i.e. focus groups) that will help identity pain points, changing consumer behaviour, and sentiment analysis towards their banking provider, and specifically individual products, services, and digital features Chair the branding priority and roadmap discussions to priortise key initiatives and activities which will drive the most value to improving our branding and exposure in the markets we operate in Collaborate and work with diverse internal and external stakeholders as well as partners to drive these initiatives to tangible outcomes (driving business growth and optimizing cost-to-serve) Be an advocate in catalyzing and the driving the digital and customer first mindset in the Bank Driving HLB Digital Performance (Adoption, Engagement, Commercial) Create and manage digital commercial plans, outlining over a 2-3 year horizon our target performance across our key digital metrics. Frequent performance reporting and in depth commentary on the key variables that are hindering / driving incremental metrics (e.g. evaluation of campaigns and their impact on driving mobile transactions) Influence key stakeholders to help lead / drive activities that will help achieve our digital commercial plans Assisting Commercial Activity to grow HLB cross markets Outline a number of key initiatives to help deliver our commercial targets and lead in the production and deployment of these activities. This could range from marketing and promotional activity, to developing strategic partners, or tactical improvements to positioning of everyday services Frequent engagement with BIAU (performance insights) to support the development of rich analytical data to help inform the business on performance. Highlighting potential relationships between data points, and impacts specific performance activity is creating against our strategic KPIs Engaging with Proposition Managers, and Digital regional heads to develop compelling marketing and launch strategies for new products and services Managerial Work with the DIO leadership team in driving impactful end-to-end digital initiatives from ideation to execution Provide support at all levels of the organization, including the strategic-level enhancement of corporate readiness and response, emerging market trends, operational improvement and process improvement and applies business analytics across the people, process, and organizational components Develop an understanding on the evolution of the digital banking, FinTech and customer landscape in the short, mid and long term horizon Demonstrates problem solving, leadership, conflict management, and team building skills in order to ensure a productive work environment and achievement of goals Ability to engage, influence and network actively across a range of stakeholders (internal & external stakeholders) Organizational Ensure alignment of initiatives to Hong Leong Bank vision and goals Visionary, collaborative and strategic, but with creativity and competence for visualization Inquisitive and actively keeps up with consumer behavior and technology trends to improve customer experience Personal confidence to challenge existing practices and thinking. Attention to detail is important and to be organized and prepared Good listening skills and value customers' needs and behaviors An eye for details as well as the ability to zoom out and see the bigger perspective Key Requirements: Honors Bachelor Degree preferred 2 : 1 Experience in digital innovation preferred Understanding the technology and operations implications of digital project delivery Basic business planning skills and basic stakeholder management skills Experience in conducting secondary research & being able to distil learnings into a presentation Ability to use Microsoft Office tools specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint to a proficient level
