: Digital & CRM Marketing Executive

Job Purpose:

Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, the Digital & CRM Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring the overall digital marketing strategy with a focus on performance marketing, CRM, and analytics. The role involves managing multiple channels, including search engine marketing, social media, the school website, and email marketing, to deliver a persuasive and cohesive marketing message to the target audience. Additionally, the Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing offline advertisements and on-ground events for the school.

Key Result Areas/Responsibilities:

  • Data-Driven Marketing: Utilize data collected from various sources, including Google Analytics, CRM, market knowledge, and business insights, to maximize the potential and effectiveness of marketing and advertising campaigns. Analyze trends, leads, automation, reports, and email marketing campaigns to optimize performance.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insights, and assess return on investment (ROI). Provide regular reports and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Plan the overall digital marketing strategy, including search engine marketing (SEM), Google Ads, and social media ads. Develop strategies to drive lead generation and customer engagement.
  • CRM and Lead Generation: Plan, manage, execute, and report on lead generation campaigns using the CRM system. Optimize lead nurturing processes and implement strategies to increase conversion rates.
  • Website Management: Manage website updates and create landing pages required for specific campaigns. Ensure the website is optimized for user experience and search engine visibility.
  • Event Planning and Offline Advertising experience would be an added advantage.
Minimum Academic/Professional Qualification:
  • Bachelor\'s degree/Diploma in Marketing/Communications or other relevant field.
Related Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in online and digital marketing, experience in running on-ground events and activities will be advantageous.
  • Technical knowledge and skills in leveraging social media platforms.
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to study and interpret data for actionable insights.
Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):
  • Strong understanding and experience in online advertising.
  • Good understanding of media planning and the specifications and requirements for submitting materials to media owners.
  • In-depth working knowledge of social media platforms and analytics.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Proactive, reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent planning, coordinating, and follow-up skills.
  • Creative, resourceful, and self-motivated.
