Position TitleExecutive, Digital & IT SupportReports ToSenior Executive, Digital & IT SupportPosition SummaryDigital & IT Support is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Computer Rooms and Training Management System(TMS). Providing technical and functional support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, ensuring software and systems are up-to-date, and maintaining an organized and efficient lab environment.Key Accountability

  • Maintain and service the Computer System and its components to ensure they are in good condition and operational at all times.
  • Develop and implement Computer/Exam room policies and procedures. 3. Provide technical and functional support to end-users in the computer Computer/Exam room and TMS.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and networking in the Computer/Exam room.
  • Maintain the computer Computer/Exam room environment and ensure all equipment is in working order.
  • Ensure software and systems in the Computer/Exam room are up-to-date and perform necessary upgrades and updates.
  • Install and configure software and hardware as needed for Computer/Exam room operations.
  • Perform regular maintenance and upkeep of Computer/Exam room equipment, including routine cleaning and virus scans.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions for TMS and other systems used in the Computer/Exam room.
  • Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies and procedures.
  • Maintain an inventory of Computer/Exam room equipment and supplies.
  • Provide support for TMS operations, including registration, training management, assessment, examination, training portal, and DTR.
  • Provide functional 1st Level Support to MABA\'s TMS end user.
  • Maintain TMS Question Bank of TMS Online Exam question bank to ensure system integrity and stability for MABA training Operations.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of courseware content according to accepted standards.
  • Implement developed content in the respective Learning Management System.
  • Perform administration of ADAPT Assessment system.
  • Management of CBT/TMS Records and Reports.
  • Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • Maintain equipment to ensure optimising cost and minimizing expenses
  • Sourcing for equipment to support Digital facilities
  • Propose purchase/upgrade of hardware and software for Computer System and systems upgrades to ensure quality and best prices are achieved in relation to purchases made.
  • Collaborate with other Business Units and peers in providing excellent service.
  • Collaborating with Property and Wangsa Ultima in ensuring the upkeep of the Computer Room & equipment
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure courseware is available for mandatory training requirements.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor\'s degree in IT or any related field.
Area of Experience
  • Strong knowledge of software and hardware systems and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Knowledge of learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools.
  • Experience in instructional design and development is a plus.
