Job Description


The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible to ensure quick reach out to customers via digital channels such as social media, online media, digital advertising and EDMs. An executive is responsible for creating social content to support marketing campaigns, and actioning insight.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly
  • Conduct market research to identify new social media opportunities
  • Gathering and analyzing consumer behaviour data (e.g. web traffic and rankings)
  • Coordinate, implement and assist in other related marketing campaigns.
  • Create and develop ways to communicate the company message to clients, fans and followers.
  • Monitor the latest social media, advertising and promotion trends, digital innovations and other communication channels and propose appropriately ideas to improve outreach.
  • Maximize positive exposure in social media and the online community.
  • Responsible to develop and managing and implementing integrated internal and external communications which include advertising and publicity for print and other media platforms.
  • Improve Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
  • Liaise and communicate with internal and external parties.
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager on a day-to-day basis on planning and promoting the brand through 360\xe2\x97\xa6 communication channels.
  • Support various marketing initiatives including web/app testing.
Qualifications
  • Possess at least Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business (Major in Marketing) or Mass Communication (Major: PR / Advertising) or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint/Presentation Tool
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good English Language Proficiency (Written and spoken)
  • English
  • Malay and Chinese (optional)
  • Energy, enthusiasm and passion for all things digital
  • Strong understanding of online consumer behaviour, key social media platforms and how they are used by individuals and brands
  • Good reporting and analytical skills, and ability to use insight to develop future campaigns
Special Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in Social Media or Digital Media (internships are included)
  • Experience in on and off-page SEO, FB Analytics, Google Analytics
  • Experience in creating and managing content for social media
  • Previous financial / investment / agency experience
