Job Description

Responsibilities:

Managing leads, prospects and customer database. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound sales activities mainly WhatsApp, live streaming, including cold-calling. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure customer needs are met and to identify opportunities for revenue growth Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital sales and marketing and make recommendations for new initiatives Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of database, sales activities and customer interactions in provided systems
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field 2+ years of experience in digital sales, with a focus on consultation via whatsapp or calls Good understanding of digital sales and marketing channels especially including social media. Advantage to email, search engine marketing, and other advertising platforms. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and quotas Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients Strong negotiation and closing skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Proficient in sales & CRM systems and other digital sales tools.
