OBJECTIVES OF POSITION Responsible for the proper handling of Customer Service by delivering professional and high-quality service to internal and external customers. RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION 1. Responsible in handling inbound and outbound calls to and from customers and providing helpful solutions within the prescribed standards.
2. Responsible in Knowledge Acquisition on Products and Services.
3. Ensure all customer\xe2\x80\x99s requests are handled / attended to including making follow up with branches or department until requests are fully resolved.
4. To handle any other responsibilities assigned by Head of Department as and when required. QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE \xc3\x98 Bachelor of Business Administration/Hospitality Management/Communication/Marketing or any related fields equivalent from University/College recognized by the Government of Malaysia.
\xc3\x98 Minimum three (3) years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in hospitality or customer service industry. PROFESSIONAL SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE \xc3\x98 Able to read and write in Mandarin or Tamil is an added advantage.
\xc3\x98 Knowledgeable on ARB\xe2\x80\x99s product/services.
\xc3\x98 Excellent organization skills and have the distinct to work independently, ability to organize, plan and meet deadlines.
\xc3\x98 Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. \xc3\x98 Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
\xc3\x98 Able to work independently and under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
