OBJECTIVES OF POSITION To assist the Superior or Head of Department to administer Account matters. RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION 1. Accountable to put up to achieve department\xe2\x80\x99s target.
2. Accountable in managing and calculating unpaid dividend manually due to cancellation of payment.
3. Responsible for managing and prepare journal for trust files.
4. Responsible for processing day/month end reports.
5. Responsible for issuance of receipts for additional capital on existing files, not exceeding the next working days.
6. Responsible to record the entry cheque or cash received in Daily Receipt Summary
7. To assist any other responsibilities assigned by Head of Department as and when required. QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE \xc3\x98 Bachelor of Marketing /Finance/ Account/ Business Administration or any related fields equivalent from University/College recognized by the Government of Malaysia.
\xc3\x98 Minimum one (1) year experience in hospitality or customer service industry.
\xc3\x98 Fresh graduate can be considered. PROFESSIONAL SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE \xc3\x98 Knowledgeable on Trust product.
\xc3\x98 Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
\xc3\x98 Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
\xc3\x98 Report Writing Skills and Time Management.
