Prepare and handle the Training Agreement and Bond;
Process litigation cases;
Handle employment separation e.g. Expiry of Contract, Non Confirmation and termination due to attendance;
Participating in projects and company initiatives;
Arrange and process all the invoices related to Employee Relations;
Prepare documentations for the Labour / Industrial Relations matters;
Manage filing and documentations;
Providing administrative/clerical assistance; and any other work related tasks assigned by the Head of Employee Relations.
Minimum Requirement and Qualification:
Possess a minimum of Diploma in any field
High integrity - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
A positive attitude
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer literacy and familiar with Google applications.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
