JOB RESPONSIBILITIES\xe2\x80\x8b

• Responsible for managing and executing social impact initiatives related to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) programs.
• Develop, implement and monitor ESG programs with the aim to enhance stakeholder value and sustainability.
• Work closely with stakeholders across the business to drive social responsibility initiatives by identifying opportunities to strengthen the company\'s ESG objectives and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to customers, investors, civil society stakeholders, and employee resource groups.

JOB REQUIREMENTS\xe2\x80\x8b

• Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Social Science, Environmental Science, Business, or related fields
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experierice with a focus on sustainability, ESG, social/environmental impact, community development, and/or stakeholder engagement
• Experience with ESG metrics (e.g. SASB, GRI, TCFD) and frameworks (e.g. UN Global Compact, Taskforce on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD)
• Knowledge of ESG-related legal frameworks (e g. UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, Modern Slavery Act) and their relevant implications for businesses
• Strong analytical and research skills to support the identification and prioritization of ESG topics
• Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
• Experience facilitating company-wide employee engagement and stakeholder outreach Initiatives
• Experience leading and managing ESG-related initiatives and programs, using data-driven insights to track progress of Pis and report on outcomes
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
