using a wide range of communication tools and Methodologies Leveraging on strong media relationships, Implement the communication opportunities to promote and protect PETRONAS global reputation and brand positioning Manage content/creative for projects and campaigns on multiple communications platforms, which are aligned with the Company\'s business objectives
1. CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS STRATEGIES (INC. STAKEHOLDERS MANAGEMENT) Plan and implement PETRONAS businesses communication strategies & plans for both internal and external stakeholders by determining the characteristics of target audiences, communications platforms (conventional and digital), evaluate value impact and suitability and implement appropriate interventions, obtain buy in at management and all business levels ensuring messaging and brand consistency.
2. INTERNAL & EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION CONTENT/CREATIVE MANAGEMENT Analyze, develop and execute impactful communication content and design work of Corporate Identity and other relevant collaterals for internal and external audiences by developing accurate and compelling messages and adopting high standards of creative production work to ensure consistency in communication messages, to promote PETRONAS brand value proposition as well as to further strengthen and elevate PETRONAS and its legal entities brand presence.
3. CRISIS COMMUNICATION MANAGEMENT Plan, facilitate and collaborate with relevant parties on the development of crisis communication strategy and plans in the event of crisis by developing the key messages, identifying the appropriate medium and timing of the communication, collaborating with the relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure the integrity and reputation of PETRONAS are effectively managed and negative impact minimized.
4. MEDIA MANAGEMENT Plan and implement of media management strategy and plans that includes the production of media kits, releases and other content initiatives as well as establishing and maintaining collaborative working relationships with the press and publicity community in order to raise media visibility, protect and promote PETRONAS image in a proper, coordinated, and consistent manner.
5. COMMUNICATION TOOLS AND METHODOLOGIES Advise, facilitate and implement appropriate communication tools, i.e.., online, traditional channels or new media, taking into consideration the diverse target groups to achieve the value-impact and responsiveness of the communication medium / platform as an effective source of information dissemination and collection throughout PETRONAS business.
6. EVENT PLANNING, DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION Research, analyze, plan, design and execute internal & external events as well as road shows at OPUs for PETRONAS and its legal entities by developing event budgets and work plans, developing, promoting and showcasing PETRONAS products & services and publicity, identifying relevant vendors and analyzing suitable designs to be adopted for the event to enhance PETRONAS products & services and strengthen brand visibility and brand recall.
7. CORPORATE GOVERNANCE Analyze, develop and execute impactful communication content and design work of Corporate Identity and other relevant collaterals for internal and external audiences in accordance with policies, standards and guidelines for corporate communication by adapting Group Strategic Communication (GSC) guidelines, and ensure alignment to PETRONAS business units\' objective.
