Responsibilities

To be in charged for accident and breakdown cases and other operational matters under car subscription service.
To be responsible in risk mitigation project to ensure business operating smoothly while enhancing customer experience .
To perform PDCA analysis upon new initiatives introduction and presented to the Head of Department.
To update clients on the car servicing progress according to the guideline.
To identify challenges and issues at outlets to ensure customer satisfaction excellence.
To be responsible in proposing improvement as countermeasure plans and way forward.

Requirements

Hold Bachelor Degree in related course.
Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skill.
Has good communication skills, presentation, negotiation and persuasive.
Highly committed and able to work in fast paced environment and meet tight schedules.
Self-motivated, team player with strong sense of responsibility and confidentially.
Ability to interact with people at all levels.
Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia (oral & written).
