Primarily responsible to undertake the processing of billing request into invoices to help timely recognition of the company\xe2\x80\x99s revenues.
Manage billings to be captured and identify inconsistencies.
Ensure the sales and cost which under the same booking recognise in the same month.
Work closely with operation to complete all the bookings before the month end closing cutoff.
Ensure the uninvoice tickets are cleared within the timeline.
Ensure the completeness of the bookings\xe2\x80\x99 yield record in the book.
Ensure the Product gross profit margin is accurate and resolve discrepancies.
Ensure all Credit Notes are prepared timely as soon as approval is received
Complete all tasks on time with readiness of dashboard.
Timely Reconciliation and resolve outstanding.
Assist in developing and implement the SOP and provide training to other operations team.
Provide backup within the team when needed
Any other ad-hoc assignments of finance functions.

Job Requirement:

Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Finance / Accountancy / Banking,Business Studies / Administration / Management
Preferably at least 2 years of related working experience.
Preferably Executive specializing in Accounting / Auditing or equivalent.
Good communication skills in English,Malay,Mandarin language for both spoken and written
