To understand and familiarize with MBSM POS / DTP system and be able to impart knowledge to dealers on this system.
To maintain close relationship with dealer, Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Corporate Sales and Field Force Team to identify sales opportunities for Finance and Insurance.
To brief all products/ campaign and company\'s value proposition to dealers and customers and assist dealer to sell more vehicles.
To contribute ideas on improving smooth processing flow that will help the Finance & Insurance executive that are on the field.
To ensure all relevant operational process are adhered (loading data accurately, activations process, pending documents).
To maintain performance & consistency of achieving target (penetration rate, acquisition volume, RV products) set by MBSM by working as one team.
To prepare required sales reports.
To perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Education: Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance or any related field.
Work experience: 2 years of relevant experience in Sales.
Exposure in auto finance industry a big plus .
Possess the values of integrity, passion, respect, and discipline.
Organizational Skills: Good Written and verbal communications skills, experience working independently in a team oriented, collaborative environment, culturally adaptable team player, flexible to work anytime, self-motivated with a tenacious attitude, sales driven and "Go Getter" mentality.
PC skills: Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint on advanced level).
