Job Description

:

Manage daily accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, and bank reconciliations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasts, and variance analysis. Monitor cash flow, working capital, and ensure timely payments and collections. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements (e.g., tax filings, audit schedules). Handle e-Invoicing compliance including issuance, validation, and submission of e-Invoices within stipulated timelines. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and other external parties as required. Support the implementation and improvement of financial systems, processes, and internal controls. Assist in ad-hoc financial projects, reporting, and administrative tasks as assigned.

Other Tasks:

Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time by superior or head of division. Assist in preparing all related documents for audit purposes. To update the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for finance department on related sections. Any related task related to Kertih Airport operations Inventory Management

Education / Professional Qualification:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent or hold any professional certificates.

Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in accounting and finance roles or a related field. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft NAV) and Microsoft Excel.

Requirements:

Applicants must be willing to work at Senai Airport. Self-motivated, committed, energetic, resourceful and able to work with less supervision and a tight schedule. 5 working days but must be able to work extra hours and weekends if required. Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status. Must be fluent in spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English.
