Job Description

Role Responsibilities :

  • To support with new product developments, inclusive of sample preparation and sensory evaluations, product shelf life and stability studies, reheating and equipment SOP's testing and other relevant tasks
  • To assist with maintaining proper operation of test kitchen inclusive of cleanliness of work space, equipment and materials management and other relevant tasks
  • To assist with QC samples evaluations, maintenance of good record keeping, new developments and updating SOP's documentations
  • To execute any relevant food development tasks given to support in meeting launch timeline
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management that deemed relevant
Job Requirement :
  • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Culinology Science or equivalent
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field / similar industry and capacity will be added value
  • Good knowledge of Food Safety will be added advantage
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam
  • Self Initiative and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision
  • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
