To support with new product developments, inclusive of sample preparation and sensory evaluations, product shelf life and stability studies, reheating and equipment SOP's testing and other relevant tasks
To assist with maintaining proper operation of test kitchen inclusive of cleanliness of work space, equipment and materials management and other relevant tasks
To assist with QC samples evaluations, maintenance of good record keeping, new developments and updating SOP's documentations
To execute any relevant food development tasks given to support in meeting launch timeline
Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management that deemed relevant
Job Requirement :
Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Culinology Science or equivalent
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field / similar industry and capacity will be added value
Good knowledge of Food Safety will be added advantage
Good command in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam
Self Initiative and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision
