Job Description




Responsibilities:

  • In charge of daily operational matter of the food market and ensure smooth operations flow
  • Check & monitor all hygiene standards for food market.
  • Monitor the HACCP implementation.
  • Provide operational service support i.e. stocks, pest control, grease pipe maintenance to retailers.
  • Routine spot check on maintenance of operating equipment to ensure optimum efficiency.
  • Resolve issues raised by tenants and customers in timely manner.
  • Review of goods and services contracts and undertake negotiation process with the providers.
  • Work with head office on formulating and driving F&B campaigns
  • Maintain food standards of food market overall aesthetics (food/display) and grooming standard of staff
  • Prepare daily and monthly report on operations
  • Any other duties assigned by superior
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • Required skill(s): Food and Beverage management, Food And Beverage Operation.
  • Possess and updated with comprehensive knowledge of local council, regulatory requirements and standards for HACCP
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
