In charge of daily operational matter of the food market and ensure smooth operations flow
Check & monitor all hygiene standards for food market.
Monitor the HACCP implementation.
Provide operational service support i.e. stocks, pest control, grease pipe maintenance to retailers.
Routine spot check on maintenance of operating equipment to ensure optimum efficiency.
Resolve issues raised by tenants and customers in timely manner.
Review of goods and services contracts and undertake negotiation process with the providers.
Work with head office on formulating and driving F&B campaigns
Maintain food standards of food market overall aesthetics (food/display) and grooming standard of staff
Prepare daily and monthly report on operations
Any other duties assigned by superior
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
Required skill(s): Food and Beverage management, Food And Beverage Operation.
Possess and updated with comprehensive knowledge of local council, regulatory requirements and standards for HACCP
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
